PAYMENT - We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Debit. Payment will be collected when you place your order. For payment by cheque there is a surcharge of £1.00.
AVAILABILITY is shown for each cultivar, this is updated daily. If we are out of stock there will be a 'Notify Me' button. When you click this, the website will ask you to enter your e-mail address. Once the plant becomes available again you will automatically be sent an e-mail by the website. PLEASE NOTE: 'Notify Me' is not an order, if you still wish to purchase the plant you will need to place a new order.
Once an order is placed, those plants that are available will be dispatched. We will not be aware of any 'Notify Me' requests, so will not be able to hold a 'part order'. Subsequent dispatches will incur their own charges.
SUBSTITUTES - In the unlikely event that you have ordered and paid for a product that is out of stock, we reserve the right to offer a close substitute or a refund.
P & P CHARGES are per parcel - For UK parcels, UP TO FOUR plants can be packed in a parcel. Once you have entered the delivery (shipping) address the website will automatically calculate the cost for your postcode region.

DISPATCHING - Clematis are dispatched year-round subject to availability. Slight delays may occur in e-mail response over very busy periods e.g. during flower shows from May to August, etc. For Christmas orders our last dispatch is mid-December. Parcels are generally dispatched throughout the week and should be delivered in England, Wales and Lowland Scotland, by Friday. Other destinations can take up to four working days. If your parcel has not arrived by Friday, please contact the nursery. Our packaging is designed to protect your plants for up to two weeks if delayed in transit.
IF YOU ARE OUT - Normally a signature is required but the parcel will be left IF we have been given details of a SAFE PLACE (this is at the customer's risk) - please complete the 'If Out' box on the order form, otherwise a "Sorry we missed you" card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the depot. Delivery will be attempted on another day but after a second attempt it may be returned to us unless the customer has made other arrangements using the card provided by the driver. A different DELIVERY ADDRESS may be selected on the Order Form.
A message can also be completed for us to include with a gift.
E-MAIL confirmation that your order has been received will be sent immediately. If this does not arrive within an hour it is likely your order has not been submitted, or there was a mistake in the e-mail address you provided. Please send us an e-mail direct if this is the case and we will check your order.
Our carrier, Interlink, provide a 'Predicted delivery hour' for you so please check your e-mail address is filled in correctly. PLEASE double-check your e-mail address and telephone number are correct on the order form otherwise we cannot contact you!
