Delivery Details

Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of your order being placed and delivered the day after dispatch. 
We pick orders on a Monday for dispatch on a Tuesday and we pick again on Wednesdays for dispatch on a Thursday, so delivery for most people is Wednesday or Friday.   Orders made after midday Wednesday are usually dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Our last dispatch before Christmas 2020 will be Thursday 17th December - all orders placed after this will be sent on the first possible dispatch date in January and that it likely to be the 5th.

Instructions to Nursery - At the checkout stage you are able to add an instruction to the nursery such as, 'Please avoid March 20th - 25th' or 'Away in June'. 

Instructions to courier - Please give us details of a safe place where the parcel can be left (Please note - this is at the customer's risk). If no instructions to leave the parcel are given and there is no one to sign for it, then DPD will try to deliver the following day.

Please provide your mobile number or email address and our carrier will tell you the hour your delivery will be made within and if it is not convenient you will be able to re-arrange the delivery directly with them. You will also be given several options for collecting your parcel at a local pick-up point. Please be aware, proof of ID will be required for collection at pick up point. European Union States - Including Republic of Ireland

Exporting clematis within the European Union is a straightforward procedure as no phytosanitary certificate or quarantine is required. Providing we have the plants available we can export within the EU year-round.

We send the same quality of plants as described above for this service. The pot is bagged and the plants are packed in a cardboard box, with packing to prevent damage, then the top growth is trimmed down to around 10cm. The parcel is sent by an Express Carrier on a 'signed for' service. Costs depend on the destination country.
The exact cost will be calculated on the order form when you select your destination country. Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
