Our beginners clematis group have been selected because of their easy to grow nature and ability to perform pretty much regardless of the way they are treated. The shortlist we have provided here should all do well if given careful planting, even if they get neglected a little afterwards!

Named to commemorate the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle on Saturday, 19 May 2018 it was bred by New Leaf Plants.

The glorious light lavender-blue semi-nodding flowers have a dusky lavender-blue reverse. This wonderful clematis from Estonia is extremely hardy and exceptionally free-flowering. Its name means 'friend'.
